1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • The product is not as described on our website.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and tags).


2. How to Initiate a Return

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Please ensure the product is returned to us within 7 days after return approval.


3. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).


4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components.

  • Perishable goods, personal care items, or any products marked as non-returnable on the product page.
